This year, we gave our writers the option of either printing the participation certificate or having a hard copy mailed out. For some people, the certificates are the sprinkles on the sundae of your completed novel – but not everyone likes sprinkles.
We mail out hundreds of copies of the certificate each year. We have received feedback that not everyone keeps his or hers. That’s a huge hunk of paper to be tossed away. With conservation in mind, we sent out an e-mail to everyone who submitted a finished novel with a PDF of the participation certificate attached. That way, the writer has the option of printing it, admiring it online, or digitally chucking it.
We understand that not everyone has access to a printer. We’re still game to mail out hard copies! E-mail your name and address to us at info@3daynovel.com for your certificate to be mailed to you the old-fashioned way.
